Paul George Reveals Nuggets' Advantage Over Other Teams

During a recent episode of Podcast P, which is presented by Wave Sports and Entertainment, LA Clippers star Paul George revealed how much of an advantage the Denver Nuggets have with their home court altitude.

"It's an advantage, bro. They have a slight advantage in Denver," George said. George also agreed that Denver has an advantage other places too, because of how well-conditioned they've gotten in the altitude.

"It's an advantage," George said. "I'm not gonna say that's the reason why they're good, they're good because they're talented they're good, but has some advantage to it."

As George made sure to emphasize, Denver's home court advantage is not the reason they're good, and is not the reason they're in the Finals. That said, the Clippers star does believe there is an advantage for Denver both at home and on the road because of the conditions they play their home games in.

The Nuggets are currently unbeaten at home this postseason, as they have been dominant both in Denver and everywhere else. Their run to the Finals has been impressive, and they are now awaiting the completion of the Eastern Conference Finals between the Boston Celtics and Miami Heat to find out who their opponent will be in the NBA Finals.

While the Nuggets may have an advantage due to their altitude, this is a dominant team regardless of where they play, which Paul George made sure to note.
