-The Indiana Pacers rallied back from a 24-point deficit to take a 117-113 victory against the Chicago Bulls. Buddy Hield led the way with 27 points, breaking Reggie Millers’ single-season franchise record for 3-pointers. He now has 230 3-pointers for the season.

Aaron Nesmith had 21 points and Myles Turner had 17 points.

Zach LaVine recorded 35 points and 11 rebounds for the Bulls, who were without DeMar DeRozan due to quad injury. Nikola Vucevic had 19 points and Coby White had 25 off the bench.

OTHER NOTES

After being sidelined one game with an illness, MVP candidate Jayson Tatum returned with one of his biggest games.

He finished with 38 points, nine rebounds, and seven assists to lead the Boston Celtics to a 127-109 victory against the Detroit Pistons. He shot 62 percent from the field and 60 percent from the 3-point line.

Malcolm Brogdon led all reserves with 25 points while Al Horford and Derrick White had 11. Marcus Smart, who missed nine games with an ankle injury, had nine points, seven rebounds, six assists, and six steals.

Bojan Bogdanovic led the Pistons with 28 points and rookie Jaden Ivey had 17.

NEXT PISTONS GAME AGAINST THE HEAT: Mar. 19 in Detroit

-All five Charlotte Hornets starters scored in double-figures to defeat the San Antonio Spurs 120-110. LaMelo Ball led the way with 28 points, 12 rebounds, and 10 assists, his third triple-double this season.

P.J. Washington had 22 points and 10 rebounds and Gordon Hayward had 16 points.

Malaki Branham scored 23 points for the Spurs, who lost their 14th straight game. Keldon Johnson had 21 points and Doug McDermott had 17 off the bench.

NEXT HORNETS GAME AGAINST THE HEAT: Feb. 25 in Charlotte

-Six Philadelphia 76ers players scored double-figures to defeat the Cleveland Cavaliers 118-112. Joel Embiid led the way with 29 points and 14 rebounds while James Harden had 19 points and 12 assists.

Donovan Mitchell led the Cavaliers 33 points and Darius Garland had 27.

-Jalen Brunson’s 28 points led the New York Knicks to a 122-101 victory against the Atlanta Hawks. Julius Randle had 25 points and 11 rebounds while RJ Barrett had 17 points. De’Andre Hunter led the Hawks with 20 points and Trae Young had 19 points and 11 assists.
