How Miami Heat's Twitter Reacted To Saturday's Win Over The Chicago Bulls

The Miami Heat won a thriller against the Chicago Bulls behind Jimmy Butler's 28 points.

Jimmy Butler was the center of criticism by Miami Heat fans after their loss to the Chicago Bulls Thursday night.

Now, he is the pinnacle of praise after his winning shot over the Bulls in the Saturday rematch.

This rendition of the Bulls-Heat matchups was a close one, as neither team really pulled ahead or trailed significantly. The back-and-forth fourth quarter ultimately went to Miami after Butler's buzzer beater to cap off a 28-point night.

"What an amazing game," one user said. "That focus and togetherness we had to close in the 4th is the key to us having good 4th quarters. Jaime, Caleb, [and] Love all played great and of course Jimmy with that step back game winner!!!"

Butler led the way in scoring, but it was the contributions that held Miami above the Bulls most of the night. Kevin Love had his highest-scoring game in a Heat jersey with 22 points on 6 of 10 shooting from 3-point range.

Jaime Jaquez Jr. had 18 points off the bench, adding more two-hand jams and high-scoring affairs to his rookie highlight reel. It's getting repetitive talking about how good he's been, but until he stops consistently producing, we're going to continue talking about him.

Caleb Martin also came through big tonight with his 17-point performance, including eight in the fourth quarter to stretch Miami's lead. The big performances by Bulls' Patrick Williams and Coby White were halted by the Heat's late-game effort.

The Heat play the No. 1 seeded Minnesota Timberwolves (19-5) Monday night.
