LeBron James Reiterates Being Just As Dominant Without The Miami Heat: “I’m Chosen”

In this story:
The Los Angeles Lakers loss to the Miami Heat brought back a handful of memories for LeBron James, who looked back on his time in South Florida.
He gave much praise to his former franchise but did not shy away from sharing his beliefs. James took to social media after the defeat, doubling down on his tenure with the Heat not impacting his individual success.
“You damn right I would still be! I’m CHOSEN,” James posted. “Ain’t nothing changing that! Maybe less rings, but DOMINANT from start to finish.”
He’s right.
James’ dominance as an individual is not dependent on the players or coaches surrounding him. He is the NBA’s leading scorer who will arguably go down as the best player in league history.
He, along with Hall of Famers Dwyane Wade and Chris Bosh, reached four consecutive NBA Finals from 2010 to 2014. They won two championships, defeating the Oklahoma City Thunder and San Antonio Spurs. James won multiple MVPs during his four years with the Heat.

He shared the initial claim with ESPN’s Dave McMenamin before his return to Miami.
"But as far as my career, my career was going to be my career as far as individually, because I know how much I put into the game and I know how much I strived to be as great as I can be,” James said. “[But] as far as what I was able to learn here was second to none, that's for sure."
