The Sixers ended Milwaukee’s 16-game win streak.

TOP PLAYERS OF THE DAY:

The Philadelphia 76ers fell short in their comeback against the Dallas Mavericks Thursday night.

They completed the job Saturday against the Milwaukee Bucks, rallying behind a superstar performance from James Harden. Harden had 38 points, 10 assists and nine rebounds, going 11 of 26 from the field with 19 points in the fourth quarter. The Sixers overcame an 18-point deficit in the third quarter.

Philadelphia ended the Bucks’ league-leading 16-game winning streak. Harden’s 38 points were the most he scored in a Sixers jersey.

“One game at a time,” Harden said. “We’ve got one of the toughest schedules but every game we try to get better. Take it quarter by quarter and just keep pushing to get ready for this postseason.”
