Gilbert Arenas Once Against Trolls Miami Heat By Calling It A YMCA Team

In this story:
Despite making the NBA Finals twice in the last four seasons, the Miami Heat still have their critics.
One of the biggest recently has been former NBA player Gilbert Arenas. He took a shot at the Heat during an appearance on the Night Cap Show with NFL Hall of Famers Shannon Sharpe.
Arenas wasn't kind when describing the makeup of the Heat roster.
"Have you seen the talent over in Miami, man?” Arenas said. “Hell yeah, they that bad. That’s a YMCA team down there. We all can play for them.”

At 14-11, the Heat are No. 7 in the Eastern Conference standings. They are coming off a loss to the Chicago Bulls Thursday before the teams meet again Saturday at Kaseya Center.
The Heat have been decimated by injuries, with Tyler Herro, Bam Adebayo and Jimmy Butler all missing extended time. The same thing happened last season but they were able to overcome it by making the playoffs. The Heat became just the second No. 8 seed to make the NBA Finals, joining the 1999 New York Knicks.
With Herro and Adebayo nearing a return from injuries, the Heat hope to get back on the right track against the Bulls.
