Miami Heat fans went scorched earth on the organization after starting the season with a disappointing 1-4 record.

Now, that criticism has turned into praise amidst their six-game win streak, with the latest victory coming against the Charlotte Hornets Tuesday night.

The previous concerns for team success without Tyler Herro have seemingly evaporated.

"6 wins in a row, 7-4 for the season, 2-0 for the In-Season Tournament, user HeatCulture said. "After a slow start, this Heat is finally starting to click together and found the consistency. The depth is insane and we still have Herro and Caleb coming back. Keep it going."

Yes, it was against the Hornets. But honestly, this is a sign of improvement considering their struggles against Charlotte last season. Besides, the results are encouraging no matter the opponent.

Jimmy Butler had a breakout game with a season-high 32 points with five assists and two steals. Bam Adebayo had another All-Star performance with 21 points, 11 rebounds and three steals.

Haywood Highsmith continued imposing his defensive presence with his pressure on Hornets star LaMelo Ball. He ended with 12 points, five steals and two blocks.

Fans love rookie Jaime Jaquez Jr. the more the season develops, especially after his 17-point game.

It may just be a matter of time until they go back to being overly critical.

But until then, let’s just appreciate the team’s success and the hope it’s giving the fanbase.

The Heat play the Brooklyn Nets (6-5) Thursday night.
