Vitals: Guard Avery Bradley and Jimmy Butler are both listed out because of COVID-19. Center Bam Adebayo, guard Goran Dragic, forward Moe Harkless, forward Udonis Haslem, guard Kendrick Nunn and forward KZ Okpala, who have all dealt with COVID issues, are questionable ... Meyers Leonard (shoulder) is out for a third straight game while Tyler Herro (back) and Gabe Vincent (knee) are questionable ... Rookie center Precious Achiuwa will make his third straight start in place of Adebayo. Achiuwa, who played just one season at Memphis before turning pro, has recorded double-doubles in the last two games ... This is the first of two meetings between the teams this season ... The Pistons lead the NBA in bench scoring at 45.2 points a game ... Forward Jerami Grant has scored at least 20 points in 10 straight games ... This is the first of back-to-back games for the teams.
