The Jazz begin what will be a very difficult part of the schedule. With a 2.5 game lead over the Clippers, the floor for the Jazz is second place should they win one game this week. The team competing for the first spot will be the Lakers.

LA Lakers - vs OKC, vs OKC, vs Grizzlies, @ Nuggets

The Lakers have a favorable schedule this week. I would expect them to go 3-1 and move into first place if the Jazz slip up.

LA Clippers - @ Minnesota Timberwolves, @ Chicago Bulls, vs Cleveland Cavaliers

The Clippers play three winnable games this week. If they go 3-0, they could be firmly back in contention for the number one spot in the West.
