Jazz vs Bulls Throwback:

The Utah Jazz and Chicago Bulls have faced off a total of 103 times in history. The Bulls lead the Jazz 53-50, but it is Utah who is currently on a three-game winning streak. This cross-conference rivalry hit its peak during the 1997 and 1998 seasons when the Jazz and Bulls faced off in the NBA Finals.

In the last outing between these two squads, the Jazz earned a 102-98 win against their Eastern Conference foes. During the January 2 matchup, Bojan Bogdanovic led the way with 19-points while Donovan Mitchell and Rudy Gobert each chipped in 17-points. The Jazz finished with five players scoring in double-figures, while Joe Ingles chalked up 10-assists on the night.

LaVine led the Bulls in scoring with 18-points against the Detroit Pistons last night.

The Jazz will once again grace the floor in their home-white uniforms against the Chicago Bulls. They are currently 10-6 when wearing the association jerseys. Jazz fans will be holding their breath tonight though, as they are 0-4 in their last four games wearing the standard-whites.

The Jazz conclude their longest road trip of the second half of the season against the Bulls on Monday night. They will then return to Salt Lake City where they will take on the Brooklyn Nets, Memphis Grizzlies (x2), and the Cleveland Cavaliers before hitting the road once again.

The Utah Jazz finished strong against the Toronto Raptors on Friday, making a late comeback to beat the 2019 NBA Champions. Utah picked up their 30th win of the season, and still reign at the top of the league with a 30-11 record. The Jazz lead the Phoenix Suns by two games and the Los Angeles Lakers by three games in the Western Conference. They also lead the Philadelphia 76ers by one game and the Brooklyn Nets by two games in the Eastern Conference.

The Chicago Bulls are 19-22 this season, and are currently in 10th place in the Eastern Conference. They are 3-2 in their last five games with wins coming over the Toronto Raptors, Oklahoma City Thunder, and Detroit Pistons. The Bulls two recent losses came against the San Antonio Spurs and Denver Nuggets.

Rudy Gobert (hip contusion) is listed as 'Questionable' on the Jazz injury report for Monday night's game against the Bulls. Chicago's injury report only lists Garrett Temple as 'Out' against the Jazz.
