The Sacramento Kings have won four of their last five outings, gaining some momentum at the right time as the season winds down. Despite taking significant steps forward, the Kings have also had minor setbacks as they look to make a push, including back-to-back games with a starter sidelined.

The Kings prevailed in the absences of Keegan Murray and Kevin Huerter, each missing one of the last two games, and look to extend their win streak as they host the New York Knicks on Saturday night.

Sacramento has yet to play New York this season but has won just one of their last five meetings over the past three years. The Kings have had their struggles against the Eastern Conference this season with a 12-10 record, including losses against the bottom-tiered Detroit Pistons and Charlotte Hornets. Now, hosting the fourth-place Knicks, the Kings can look to make a statement.

The Kings and Knicks are both banged up heading into Saturday's matchup, as each team has released their Injury Report:

Sacramento Kings:

Kevin Huerter - AVAILABLE (leg)

Trey Lyles - OUT (knee)

Sasha Vezenkov - OUT (ankle)

New York Knicks:

OG Anunoby - QUESTIONABLE (elbow)

Julius Randle - OUT (shoulder)

Mitchell Robinson - OUT (ankle)

After missing Wednesday's win over the Los Angeles Lakers, Kings' Huerter is set to return to action on Saturday night, despite entering the day with a "questionable" status. Huerter told reporters he is "doing good" and is "optimistic" about playing against the Knicks (via @NBCSKings | X).

After missing 18 consecutive games, New York's OG Anunoby should be good to suit up in his third straight game. The talented two-way forward has impressed this season, and his appearance in Sacramento could be interesting after the trade rumors of him and the Kings between last off-season and this year's deadline.

While Anunoby is likely healthy for Saturday's matchup, the Knicks could look to control his workload after returning from injury, especially amid a four-game road trip. Whether Anunoby suits up for New York could be a game-changer, but the Knicks will give the Kings a challenge regardless.

Knicks' Julius Randle and Mitchell Robinson remain sidelined with long-term injuries, as Randle has not seen action since January with a right shoulder injury. His frontcourt partner Robinson has been out since December after receiving surgery on his ankle.

The Kings and Knicks tip-off at 7 PM PT.
