After dropping their last game against the Miami Heat and suffering from some blatant All-Star snubs, the Sacramento Kings ended up taking home a win on Friday night against the Indiana Pacers, 133-122.

Fans finally were able to discover last night exactly which seven reserves in the West would end up receiving the honors of an All-Star nod, only to figure out that both De'Aaron Fox and Domantas Sabonis were left without one of the coveted spots. Despite leading this roster to a top-five seed in the conference, neither would end up on the team.

As a result, Fox and Sabonis took the floor on Friday with a solid performance against Indiana. De'Aaron put together an immense impact on both ends of the floor, posting 21 points, three rebounds, and three assists while also generating an impressive five steals. Domantas also stuffed the stat sheet in his own right with 22 points, twelve rebounds, and seven assists.

On the Pacers' side, we finally got to see Tyrese Haliburton return to the lineup, coming off the bench after getting back from a nagging hamstring injury. Things may have looked a bit rusty in this one with only 14 points and an ugly five turnovers, but getting more reps ahead of the All-Star break should likely have him back to 100% sooner rather than later.

It was Benedict Mathurin who led the charge for the Pacers in this contest, leading the team in scoring with 27 on an almost 70% clip. However, he was also one to take a hit in the turnover department by contributing his own four of the team's total 20. While the Kings had their own troubles controlling the ball with 16 turnovers as a unit, the squad ultimately put together enough to get another W in the left column.

The Kings will have the chance to keep this positive momentum going into the second leg of their back-to-back on Saturday when they take on the Chicago Bulls at the United Center.
