Magic Starting 5: Raptors' Gary Trent Jr. to Orlando?

The Magic Insider lists five of the biggest NBA storylines in addition to relevant Orlando Magic news and analysis.

1. TRENT 'TOP PRIORITY'

"The Magic shot just 34.6 percent from beyond the arc this past season, good enough for 24th in the NBA. Orlando could address the need in free agency, and Toronto Raptors guard Gary Trent Jr. is one of the best distance shooters on the market this summer."

2. REAL IMPORTANT SUMMER

"“They could put together some serious cap space,” an Eastern Conference executive told Heavy. “They could sign two guys to big contracts. They could trade away some of their draft assets to get experienced players and just really put everything into turning that corner and becoming a playoff team. But you get the sense that they’re also thinking about taking a small step forward this year, then making the splash next summer. What they do this summer will be real important.”

3. BITADZE BACK?

"After signing with the team in February, Bitadze played in 17 games and averaged 5.8 points and 5.2 rebounds per game. He took over Mo Bamba's spot in the rotation after he was traded to the Los Angeles Lakers and was serviceable. At just 23 years old, Bitadze is still developing and could have an impact for the team next season if he stays aboard."

Game 5 - Miami Heat at Denver Nuggets, Monday, June 12, 8:30 p.m.

Game 6 - Denver Nuggets at Miami Heat, Thursday, June 15, 8:30 p.m.

Game 7 - Miami Heat at Denver Nuggets, Sunday, June 18, 8:00 p.m.
