Los Angeles Lakers star LeBron James had an injury scare with his ankle in Game 2 vs. the Denver Nuggets, landing on the foot of Anthony Davis before taking a while to get back up the court. Nuggets forward Aaron Gordon was also in the vicinity when James came down, but a closer look at the replay shows the foot of Davis being what James landed on. When asked about his ankle after Game 2, James said it will not be holding him out of Game 3.

The Lakers are listing James as probable for Game 3, which is the same listing he's had for Games 1 and 2.

James struggled at times Game 2, especially with his three-point shot, missing all six of his shots from deep. While these struggles are relative to James' incredible standards, he was clearly not himself for much of Game 2, finishing with just 22 points on 9/19 from the field.

While James added 10 assists and 9 rebounds in Game 2, his poor shooting night combined with a poor offensive performance from Anthony Davis was too much for LA to overcome, as they surrendered an 11-point lead in route to a tough road loss.

Heading back home for Game 3, the Lakers will look to stay perfect in Los Angeles this postseason. It looks like they will have LeBron James available, as the star forward said his injury scare in Game 2 will not hold him out of Game 3.
