Celtics Interested in Hiring Rockets Ex Coach Stephen Silas?

In this story:
The Houston Rockets hired former Boston Celtics coach Ime Udoka to replace Stephen Silas after three years with the team. So, it's only natural for the Celtics to express interest in Silas.
According to Marc Stein, the Celtics are interested in adding Silas to Joe Mazzulla's staff.
Silas was seen viewing Celtics' practice last month shortly after being fired by the Rockets at the end of the season.

After winning just 59 over the course of three seasons with the team, Silas' first opportunity as a head coach after two decades as an assistant did not go according to plan. As one of the most respected coaches in league circles, Silas should find a new home rather quickly, even if his head coaching stint wasn't up to par.
"Playing under a coach like that who cares about his players more than anything," Kevin Porter Jr. said. "It was a blessing to have that relationship and contain that relationship."
Silas could add tremendous value to a Celtics team on the verge of a championship led by a first-year head coach in Mazzulla. While Silas isn't expected to help out in any capacity during the Celtics' playoff run, he could be a much-appreciated addition to Boston's coaching staff next season.
