Injury Report: Aaron Wiggins Out for Thunder After Being Optioned to G League

In this story:
Oklahoma City will play its final game before the All Star Break on Wednesday night with another matchup against Houston.
The Thunder continue to hang around a .500 record, but no matter the outcome on Wednesday, the team will have to wait until after the All Star Break to try and reach the .500 mark.
The OKC injury report isn’t lengthy, but the missing players are key. Aleksej Pokusevski remains out with a significant knee injury, which continues to sideline him. Jeremiah Robinson-Earl is officially off of the injury report after returning in OKC’s loss to the Pelicans on Monday.
Both Aaron Wiggins and Tre Mann are out for the game after being optioned to the G League to play with the Blue.
The Thunder have looked better than many had expected entering the season, but will once again have a tough opponent to continue to fight in the Western Conference.
The Rockets injury report is relatively empty with only Kevin Porter Jr. making the list.
Health and depth will be key factors in the matchup. Here are the most recent injury reports for both squads entering tonight:
Oklahoma City Thunder:
Chet Holmgren: Out: Right foot surgery
Aleksej Pokusevski: Out: Left Tibial Plateau nondisplaced fracture
Ousmane Dieng: Out: G League On Assignment
Olivier Sarr: Out: G League Two-Way
Tre Mann: Out: G League On Assignment
Aaron Wiggins: Out: G League On Assignment
Houston Rockets:
Kevin Porter Jr: Out: Left foot contusion
Tip-off for the Rockets and Thunder is slated for 7 p.m. in OKC, the Thunder are currently 10-point favorites.
