Thunder Gameday: An Outside Shot of Making Playoffs with Wizards Matchup Incoming

In this story:
With the fourth and final scheduled game for the Oklahoma City Thunder set to take place today, the outcome will determine what the rest of their summer in Las Vegas looks like. Although it's just a small chance, winning big could results in a chance at making the playoffs and a potential sixth game if able to make the championship. If Oklahoma City wins, the team will join the several squads with just one loss during pool play meaning point differential will break the tie to decide who makes the playoffs. If they don't make it, they'll play a fifth consolation game before heading home.
Regardless, this is yet another opportunity for the Thunder to showcase the amount of talent on the roster.
KEYS TO THE GAME:
Tre Mann has been ruled out for the rest of summer league with a hand injury, but there's several other key players for the Thunder that may not play. On Wednesday night, guys like Chet Holmgren, Jaylin Williams and Ousmane Dieng took the floor in what might be their final contest in Las Vegas. If those three don't end up playing due to rest, expect rookies Cason Wallace and Keyontae Johnson to step up.
The Wizards haven't been great in summer league relative to getting wins, but the level of talent is high. Their top prospects include Bilal Coulibaly and Johnny Davis, each of which were top ten picks the past two years. This should be an exciting contest regardless of who takes the floor.
