Injury Report: Thunder Face Another Win or Go Home Game Friday Against Beat Up Minnesota

In this story:
After a day off to recover from their first play-in win the Thunder are faced with another win or go home game on Friday.
OKC is just one win away from a playoff series in the Western Conference, the only team in their way is now Timberwolves who enter the game after narrowly falling to the Lakers on Tuesday.
The Thunder enter the game with their core intact after a battle with the Pelicans on Wednesday with only Aleksej Pkousevski being the only non-long term injury on the report. The Timberwolves however have a deeper injury report, which could prove to be key depending on the status of big names.
Rudy Gobert was suspended for the team’s game against the Lakers and his status is in question due to back spasms on Friday. Karl Anthony-Towns and Jaylen Nowell both played important roles in the team’s win over the Lakers but entered Friday banged up and unknown if they will play.
The health of key size for the TImberwolves could be the difference in the outcome of the game on Friday as interior presence is a key part of the Timberwolves success against the Thunder this season.
Here are the most recent injury reports for both squads entering tonight:
Oklahoma City Thunder:
Chet Holmgren: Out: Right foot surgery
Kenrich Williams: Out: Left Wrist Scapholunate Rupture
Aleksej Pokusevski: Out: Left Knee Contusion
Minnesota Timberwolves:
Jaden McDaniels: Out: Right Hand Fracture
Naz Reid: Out: Left Scaphoid Fracture
Rudy Gobert: Questionable: Back Spasms
Karl Anthony-Towns: Questionable: Right Calf Strain
Jaylen Nowell: Questionable: Left Knee Tendinopathy
Tip-off for the Timberwolves and Thunder is slated for 8:30 p.m. in Minnesota, the Timberwolves are currently 5.5-point favorites.
