Injury Report, Updated Odds (1/16): Oklahoma City Thunder at LA Clippers

On the second night of a back-to-back in Los Angeles, the Oklahoma City Thunder takes on the Clippers in a top-four matchup in the Western Conference. Of course, this is a nationally televised game as the Thunder can be watched on TNT at 9 p.m. local time.

The two teams have been rolling as of late, and this will be a huge test for the Thunder after taking a loss to the Los Angeles Lakers just last night. The two teams played just under a month ago in a game the Thunder dominated.

Both teams are coming off close losses and are looking to get back on track.

Injury Report

Thunder:

No injuries to report.

Clippers:

Moussa Diabate, OUT (Hand)

Ivica Zubac, OUT (Calf)

The Thunder is back to a clean injury report, which is a positive sign after Shai Gilgeous-Alexander was questionable on Monday as the Thunder was taking on the Los Angeles Lakers. He was active in the game, too.

The Clippers being without Zubac helps the Thunder, as his size and strength could easily cause an issue for the Thunder.

Still, both teams are with their stars and this game will have plenty of star power to offer from both sides.

Updated Odds

The Clippers opened as a 5.5-point favorite and even climbed a point to being a 6.5-point favorite over the Thunder. It doesn't help that the Thunder is on the second night of a back-to-back and a loss.

The current four-game road trip the Thunder is on was always going to be difficult, so snagging a big win in a game like this would be huge for them as they sit one game behind the Minnesota Timberwolves for the top seed in the Western Conference.

It'll be interesting to see how this matchup goes after the Thunder took the last one so handily.
