Oklahoma City spread around the wealth in the team's big win over the Clippers on Thursday.

The game could be used as an overarching theme of the Thunder team and how they can best utilize their skills from top to bottom.

OKC won its second straight game of the season, both wins against the Clippers, on Thursday and in the game OKC had six different players in double figures. All players who played for the Thunder except for Isaiah Joe — who played just one minute — scored at least two points.

Shai Gilgeous- Alexander and Lu Dort led the way for the Thunder with 24 and 21 points respectively. Tre Mann, Aaron Wiggins, Aleksej Pokusevski and Kenrich Williams are the other four OKC players to notch double-digit points.

The Thunder saw the scoring get split amongst the full roster, and also found some shooting success both inside the arc and from 3-point range. The Thunder shot 49.5% from the field and 44.7% from beyond the arc — well above OKC’s season average.

Before the Thunder’s Thursday night game, SGA had been the main source of offense for OKC as with Dort struggling to get any offensive momentum, but on Thursday Dort found his stride to join SGA’s success.

Both Pokusevski and Williams scored their points coming off of the bench, and while they were the only two to get to the double-digit mark, most of the Thunder bench players contributed to the team’s 118 points. Darius Bazley nearly joined the group of six as he had nine points.

The Thunder began the season 0-3 before winning their last two games against the Clippers With various players missing time due to injury including Jalen Williams and Josh Giddey currently nursing ailments, the Thunder have had to turn to an array of players for offensive success, and it has turned into team success.

While it’s unlikely the Thunder are in a competitive scene down the stretch, but in the future with the young makeup of the team the Thunder could use team basketball to propel into contention.
