The Baltimore Ravens have discussed trading linebacker Arthur Brown with several teams, according to ESPN's Adam Caplan.

Brown, 24, was the No. 56 pick in the 2013 draft out of Kansas State. He did not play in Week 1 as he is behind 2014 first-round pick C.J. Mosley and Albert McClellan on Baltimore's depth chart.

As a rookie last season, Brown played in 14 games and had 11 tackles, one forced fumble and half a sack.

Baltimore cut running back Ray Rice yesterday after TMZ released surveillance footage of him hitting his then-fiancée in an Atlantic City hotel elevator. NFL commissioner Roger Goodell suspended Rice indefinitely hours after the video was made public.
