As the Denver Broncos prepare to face the Carolina Panthers in Super Bowl 50, Broncos cornerback Aqib Talib praised Panthers quarterback Cam Newton by telling reporters that Newton is “probably the most dangerous quarterback in the NFL right now.”

Talib went on to say that the quarterback is “super unique” and “probably could play any position.”

The Panthers earned their spot in Super Bowl 50 after a 49–15 victory over the Arizona Cardinals on Sunday. Newton completed 19 of 28 passes, throwing for 335 yards and two touchdowns, while rushing for another 47 yards and two touchdowns.

Newton will be making his first Super Bowl appearance, while Carolina has been in one Super Bowl previously. The Panthers lost to the Patriots 32–29 in Super Bowl XXXVIII.

The Broncos are set to take on the Panthers on Feb. 7 at Levi’s Stadium in Santa Clara.
