Jim Harbaugh Wants to Live Out of RV in Trailer Park Close to Chargers Facility
Jim Harbaugh is already looking forward to his move to Southern California after taking on the role of the Los Angeles Chargers head coach, but not for the reason fans may think.
Before moving into a house, though, the former Michigan coach plans to drive his RV to California and camp out in it near the Chargers facility for a few months.
“I want to drive my RV out and go to a trailer park down by the water or by Disneyland, the two that I’ve researched that are close to the facility,” Harbaugh said during his introductory press conference on Thursday. “I want to Jim Rockford it for the next couple months until we move to the new facility.
“I have that thought going through my head.”
Harbaugh debated telling this idea to reporters on Thursday, but he decided to do so anyway. It sounds like he’s already talked to his wife, Sarah, beforehand.
So, fans in the Los Angeles area will have to be on the lookout whenever they spot a nearby RV. There just might be an NFL coach camping out in there.
