A Broncos fourth-round draft pick in 2015 (No. 133 overall), Garcia went on to start 41 of the 105 available games. During the Broncos' Super Bowl 50 run, Garcia was available for all 16 regular-season (five starts) and postseason games.

Garcia saw playing time at both guard positions. During the 2016 and 2017 seasons, he started at left guard for the combined 32 regular season games. He was only called for holding three times and allowed seven sacks for that duration.

Garcia was demoted to a backup role in 2018, losing the left guard starting position to Ronald Leary and the right guard starting position to Connor McGovern. After the starters suffered injuries during the season, Garcia did get the starting nod.

However, Garcia also went down with a torn ACL and was eventually placed on injured reserve. The Broncos moved on that next spring, and he went on to sign with the Arizona Cardinals and later the New York Giants.

When Garcia was on the field, he provided excellent run-blocking capabilities with tremendous versatility across the interior offensive line. He is a talented depth player.

If Garcia performs well in training camp, maybe the Saints can designate him to a starting role and strengthen their offensive line.
