Browns Beat Colts in One of the Most Back and Forth Games in NFL History

In this story:
Remember Jerome Ford's 69-yard touchdown run on the Browns' third offensive play on Sunday? That was about number 11 or 12 on the list of the most spectacular plays of the game.
Sunday was a big game for both Indianapolis and Cleveland. Both teams are still in the thick of the playoff hunt and both could use a win. For Cleveland, it felt even more important given their lack of ability to string together wins in recent years.
The Browns got off on the right foot with Ford's long touchdown scamper and you felt like they had the chance to be off and running with the game. No way Gardner Minshew could keep Indy in it, right?
Wrong.
Minshew was spectacular on Sunday afternoon going 15-for-23 for 305 yards, two touchdowns and one interception, along with three carries for 29 yards and two more scores on the ground.
He along with head coach Shane Steichen deserve a ton of credit for how they relentlessly attacked the Browns' defense.
Superman, I mean, Myles Garrett, also deserves a ton of credit. It wouldn't be shocking to get those two mixed up as No. 95 played as close to a superhero as one could. He finished the game with nine tackles, seven solos, two sacks, one TFL, one pass defensed, two forced fumbles and one blocked kick. The blocked kick was one of the most spectacular athletic feats that you will ever see.
He had a PFF grade of 94.2 which is out of this world. After the game, Myles was asked how hard it was to complete the jump over the defensive line,
"If you're me, it's just another day at the office."
Neither team could compile these stats unless it was a back-and-forth affair. The game consisted of eight lead changes which is the most in the NFL in the last four seasons. Further, it was the only 15th game in 104 years that there have been eight different lead changes.
It was only the 15th game in the 104-year history of the @NFL with 8+ lead changes.

The final lead change was thanks to Cleveland's own, Kareem Hunt. Hunt finished the day with 10 carries for 31 yards and two touchdowns. None was more important than when he crossed the plane with 15 seconds on the clock.
For the Browns, this was just another day at the office indeed.
