49ers wide receiver, Deebo Samuel ruled out against Browns

In this story:
Coming into Week Six it was the Browns who were dealing with a surplus of injuries. However, it's the San Francisco 49ers are dealing with some notable injuries after a quarter of play.
Top wideout Deebo Samuel exited the game for San Francisco about midway through the first quarter with a shoulder injury. It's unclear what happened that caused the injury, but Samuel has been ruled out for the remainder of the game.

Cameras first caught Samuel meeting with trainers inside the team's blue medical tent along the sideline. Soon after, he was seen walking off the field with trainers and entering the visitors locker room for treatment.
The 49ers also announced that star, left tackle Trent Williams was questionable at the time with an ankle injury, after being rolled up on by a Browns defender. But Williams returned to the game on the 49ers very next series, helping lead a drive that ended in a field goal for San Francisco.

The loss of Williams would have been a major blow for the 49ers offensive line, given his one-on-one matchup with Browns pass rusher Myles Garrett. It's worth monitoring his effectiveness against Garrett as the game goes on.
As for Samuel, he is second on the 49ers in receiving with 20 catches for 302 yards and one touchdown, entering Sunday. He is equally as dangerous for San Francisco as part of their run game, though, where he's accumulated 84 yards on 16 carries and another score. His absence certainly impacts the explosiveness of their offense.
Both injury situations will be worth monitoring the rest of the way.
