The Tampa Bay Buccaneers have made a swap of offensive linemen on their practice squad. Out is John Molchon and in is Logan Stenberg, according to ESPN's Jeremy Fowler

Stenberg was a former fourth-round selection by the Detroit Lions. He's appeared in 25 games for the team including four starts last season. Stenberg was given the opportunity to win the starting job at right guard to begin the season but was underwhelming in pass blocking. After registering a 2.0 grade per Pro Football Focus in his first two starts the Lions benched him.

With Detroit dealing with injuries along the line, he was given another opportunity in Week 5 and Week 14 but couldn't hold onto the starting job. On the season he gave up two sacks, five hits, five hurries and 12 pressures. His offensive grade per PFF last season on 228 snaps was a paltry 39.3 with a dismal pass-blocking grade of 15.

Standing at 6-foot-6, 312 pounds, Stenberg adds size to the Buccaneers interior offensive line. He will likely be cross-trained at both guard and center spots as they look to build depth along the line.

Molchon has spent his entire career with Tampa Bay after joining the team as an undrafted free agent in 2020. He was on the practice squad for his first two seasons before receiving the call-up in November of last year. He appeared in one game on offense for the team in 2023. Waived during roster cuts on August 28, He was re-signed to the practice squad on September 13 but was cut just five days later on the 18.
