Todd Bowles Provides Huge Update for Mike Evans Ahead of Matchup With Lions
Buccaneers Star Wide Receiver Mike Evans made an appearance at Friday's practice after not appearing for the media viewing portion of Thursday's practice. He was limited in Thursday's practice per the Buccaneers' injury report.
But on Friday he came out and was stretching in front of the media, going through a warmup with a Buccaneers trainer for about 10 minutes. Then he ran out with the first-team offense and went through their receiving drills.

Early in the week Buccaneers Head Coach Todd Bowles said that Friday would be the most important day to determine Evan's status against the Lions.
Evans exited the Week 4 matchup against the Saints at halftime with a hamstring injury and did not return, the Buccaneers bye was last week so he could rest up and have 14 days in between games.
He has been an ironman for the Bucs since being drafted in 2014, never missing more than 3 games in any season throughout his career.

Evans has been the focal point of the offense with Baker Mayfield and Dave Canales, he has 20 catches, 337 yards, and 3 touchdowns so far this season.
After practice, Head Coach Todd Bowles announced that Evans was a "full go" for practice and was a full participant. He later went on to clarify that he would be a full go for Sunday's game against the Lions.
