In this story:

Tom Brady is the greatest quarterback to ever play the game of football.

This is a proven fact.

Brady spent the majority of his career with the New England Patriots where he went on to win an astonishing six Super Bowls before leaving for the sunny rays of Tampa Bay to join the Buccaneers as he geared up for his post-football retirement plans.

Brady holds a number of NFL records in both the regular season and the postseason, but there has always been one kryptonite to Tom Brady's successes - Eli Manning and the New York Giants.

Tom Brady and Eli Manning played each other five times throughout their career with Manning getting the best of Brady with a 3-2 record.

Two of Manning's three wins against Brady came during Super Bowls which is something that will live with Brady forever. Brady's Championship count is at seven, but imagine what things would be like if Brady was sitting at nine Super Bowl victories, just one away from ten - would he still be playing to reach that magical double digital number? Maybe.

Last season became the season of NFL scripts.

Fans across the country began to question the NFL for the outcome of games in which they would say that the games are scripted for certain things to occur during a game as well as the outcome.

It got to a point that even some players got in on the action on social media sharing memes and videos of instances where the NFL was "scripting" games. Now, football is a game played with the ultimate goal of winning a championship. Not trying and playing towards a script would take the competitiveness out of the game and we would most certainly be able to tell if players were not giving their all to go out and win.

It's not human nature to go out there and throw a game and for Brady, he doesn't believe the games are scripted thanks to losing to "Peyton's little brother Eli twice in the Super Bowl."

Some things are just difficult to make up and from a personal experience from watching those Super Bowls, it is almost unfathomable that the NFL is scripted due to some of the miraculous things the Manning and the Giants were able to pull off during their two Super Bowl runs.
