'Absolute Glory Hole!' Dallas Cowboys' Jerry Jones Reacts as Texas Rangers Celebrate World Series

The Texas Rangers made franchise history on Wednesday after defeating the Arizona Diamondbacks to claim their first ever World Series Championship title. However, while Dallas natives were celebrating the win, pressure has to some increased around the Dallas Cowboys' organization to claim a Super Bowl trophy.

Unfortunately for the die-hard Rangers fans, the final game of the World Series was not played in Arlington. For Cowboys' owner Jerry Jones, however, an away-game championship win sparked some hope for his team.

"I used to worry about home field advantage till the Rangers showed me different with this run," Jones said on 105.3 The Fan.

Oh, and in Jerry's excitement over the Rangers' success, he used one of his favorite "oil-and-gas'' sayings that some - as he well-knows - often interpret in a less-G-rated way.

A championship, he exclaimed, "is the absolute glory hole!''

For others, however, the Rangers' win created a new expectation for the Cowboys, especially in the mind of former linebacker Demarcus Ware who spent nine years with the franchise.

This past Sunday, Ware was inducted into Dallas' Ring of Honor. On X, formerly known as Twitter, he expressed his support for the Rangers, but he also hinted at the elephant in the room, the Cowboys' quest for a Super Bowl title.

"Congratulations @Rangers," Ware posted. "Next up...."

The Cowboys have been on a Super Bowl dry spell since 1995, when they won their last title. Needless to say, the franchise has been overdue. The question is, however, do the Cowboys have what it takes this season?

Dallas did not make any shifts to their roster before Tuesday's trade deadline, shockingly, but the Cowboys still are predicted as a competitive contender for this year's trophy.

The Rangers did their part in bringing a celebration parade to Dallas, now, is the Cowboys' turn?
