Cowboys Mock Giants Pass Protection Efforts

In this story:
The New York Giants' Week 1 loss to the Cowboys was a disaster to those who saw it, but for the Dallas Cowboys defense, they were having a blast as the game unfolded.
Rightfully so. The Cowboys racked up seven sacks (nine if you count two that were nullified by penalties) and 12 quarterback hits against Giants quarterback Daniel Jones.
The television camera just so happened to catch the Cowboys' defense on the bench during a break in which veteran Demarcus Lawrence was urging his defensive mates to make the Giants quit before halftime, and rookie Osa Odighizuwa recreated talk show host Oprah Winfrey's most famous audience giveaway in which audience members received a brand new car.

Not that the Giants needed any additional incentive to get back at their division rivals, who have won 12 out of the last 13 meetings against them. However, the Cowboys' gleeful antics are sure not to be appreciated by a Giants team that was thoroughly embarrassed on national television.
But the Giants don't see Dallas again until Week 10 when they visit Jerry's World. By then, both teams should be further settled in, though for the sake of the Giants and, in particular, their offensive line, which finished dead last in pass-blocking efficiency (67.0) per Pro Football Focus and tied with the Bears for most pressures allowed in Week 1 (25), let's hope that the unit has an answer to keep the Cowboys from a repeat performance.
