Reported Game Status for Chris Olave, Taysom Hill, & Rashid Shaheed vs. Panthers

The latest on the Saints' injury front.

The New Orleans Saints are just about as beat up as the Carolina Panthers entering Sunday afternoon's divisional matchup. Nine guys were listed as questionable on the team's final injury report, however, ESPN's Adam Schefter provided some insight on a few of the injured Saints.

WR Chris Olave is "expected to play" despite missing the last two practices with an illness. According to Schefter, he is still under the weather. Olave is the leading receiver for the Saints this season, hauling in 68 receptions for 890 yards and three touchdowns.

Fellow wide receiver Rashid Shaheed, the team's No. 2 target and return man is not expected to play due to a thigh injury. Shaheed has 33 catches for 534 yards and three touchdowns on the year. He's the fourth-most targeted receiver on the team, but is a big-time speedy playmaker, averaging a team-best 16.2 yards per catch.

Quarterback/running back/special teams ace Taysom Hill is also not expected to play as he continues to nurse a foot and left hand injury. Hill led the Saints in rushing in the first matchup with Carolina this season, going for 75 yards.

The Panthers and Saints will kick things off at 1 p.m. EST.
