Cam Newton is feeling comfortable and throwing at a familiar velocity after his second surgery.
Cam Newton is back and finally throwing a football again. The Carolina Panthers' quarterback missed two games last season due to a shoulder injury, and is coming off of his second shoulder surgery.
There was a huge sigh of relief for Panthers fans after Newton appeared comfortable in the team's mandatory minicamp.

There is about three months of preparation before the regular season begins, and Newton is on track for a full recovery -- along with months of acclimating himself to the field.
