Report: Panthers Running Back Headed Back to Giants

In this story:
The Carolina Panthers are set to have an open spot on the practice squad as running back Jashaun Corbin is signing back with the New York Giants, according to Pat Leonard of the New York Daily News.
Corbin spent the preseason with New York and in the matchup against the Panthers, he was limited to just five yards on seven carries but did reel in three receptions for 22 yards.
The 23-year-old back spent the first six weeks of the regular season on the practice squad with the Panthers and did not get elevated to the active roster.
Corbin spent two years at Florida State before transferring to Texas A&M to round out his collegiate career. In an increased role with the Aggies, Corbin combined to rush for 1,288 yards and 12 touchdowns over the last two seasons.
