JUST IN: Brian Burns Changes Jersey Number

In this story:
One of the new rules changes the NFL made this offseason is that players can now wear the No. 0. It's been a trendy topic on social media as everyone tries to guess who will be the first player to wear that number on each team.
Carolina Panthers cornerback Jaycee Horn toyed around with the idea earlier this offseason, as did pass rusher Brian Burns, who asked fans on Instagram what number he should wear moving forward.
It turns out, Burns will indeed change his number and become the first player in Panthers' history to wear No. 0.
