The Panthers have already made their biggest, most significant moves of the offseason, but they aren't done adding to the roster ahead of the 2023 NFL Draft.

Thursday evening, the team announced that they have agreed to terms with veteran defensive back, Eric Rowe. Rowe has spent the last four years with the Miami Dolphins, where he racked up 299 tackles, 25 pass breakups, and three interceptions. This past season, Rowe totaled 56 tackles, four tackles for loss, two QB hits, two forced fumbles, and two pass breakups.

The former 2015 second-round selection of the Philadelphia Eagles has played all over the secondary throughout his eight-year career, lining up at corner, free safety, strong safety, and nickel. He'll give the Panthers even more flexibility in the back end to go along with Xavier Woods, Vonn Bell, and Jeremy Chinn, who will play some defensive back.
