Panthers Bring Back Michael Jordan, the Lineman

Carolina adds depth to the offensive line.

You can never have enough pass rushers and you can never have enough offensive linemen. Panthers GM Scott Fitterer knows that and has spent the last two offseasons addressing the depth of those two areas of the roster.

Thursday evening, Carolina announced that they have signed offensive lineman Michael Jordan to a one-year deal.

After being picked up by Carolina in 2021, he quickly worked his way up the ladder and ended up starting ten games at left guard. Jordan played in all 17 games for the Panthers last season, appearing in 54 offensive snaps and 67 special teams snaps. With the starting five of the offensive line remaining healthy until the final game of the year, Jordan took more of a backseat.
