PFF: D.J. Moore Led All Rookie WR's in Receiving Grade Last Season

Carolina Panthers wide receiver D.J. Moore made a name for himself in 2018 after proving to be one of the most prolific rookies.
Moore had the second-most receptions out of rookie receivers, along with the second-most yards. The only other receiver that was challenging Moore, was Calvin Ridley from the Atlanta Falcons. Ridley had an incredible season also -- but that doesn't take away from Moore's upside.
Moore finished the season with 55 receptions, 788 receiving yards and two touchdowns -- while averaging 14.3 yards per reception. He trailed Ridley in receiving yards per game with 49.2, but he did it with an injured Cam Newton.
After showing his talent and capabilities on the field -- he led all rookie wide receivers in receiving grade with 73.7, according to Pro Football Focus.

He also led all receivers in the NFL at highest yards after the catch per reception, with 7.9. In 2019, Moore will have a healthy offensive line and a healthy Newton to rely on. He will also have attention taken off of him because of Chris Hogan and Curtis Samuel.
Moore could easily break out as a top receiver in 2019, especially after such a dominant rookie year in 2018.
