In this story:

Much of the attention surrounding the Carolina Panthers is squarely on their QB tour and who they will take with the number one overall pick.

But aside from quarterback, the Panthers have a few other positions that they need to address in the draft such as linebacker, edge rusher, corner, and receiver. One name to watch, and it's arguably the coolest name in the entire 2023 draft, is Arkansas' Bumper Pool.

According to Ian Rapoport of NFL Network, the Razorback linebacker has a top 30 visit scheduled with the Panthers. This guy is a tackling machine having racked up 441 tackles and 27.5 tackles for loss during his five years of college ball. He's also done fairly well in pass coverage recording 19 pass breakups, averaging 3.8 per season.

The one semi-red flag is that he's had minor hip surgeries that saw his senior season cut short by two games. He is projected to be a possible day-three draft pick or priority undrafted free agent. He could provide some depth at inside linebacker, but would likely spend much of his time on special teams.
