NFC Power Rankings - Week 13

In this story:
Every week, All Panthers publisher Schuyler Callihan will release a fresh set of NFC Power Rankings. Here is how he views the conference after twelve weeks of play.
This week's rankings (last week's rank if changed)
16. Carolina Panthers
Another loss, this time it leads to a coaching change.
15. Arizona Cardinals
Giving up 457 yards of offense is hard to overcome.
14. Washington Commanders (12)
The seat is warming on Ron Rivera. He canned defensive coordinator Jack Del Rio, but he might be next.
13. Chicago Bears (14)
The Bears may have one the most boring game on primetime TV this season. The bigger question is how do you only score 12 points when the opposing quarterback throws four interceptions?
12. New York Giants (13)
Is Tommy DeVito the future of the New York Football Giants?!?
11. Tampa Bay Buccaneers (8)
What happened to Tampa? A 3-1 start has been completely wasted.
10. Atlanta Falcons
I'm not sure how much stalk I can put into a win over New Orleans right now.
9. Green Bay Packers (11)
I didn't give the Packers any chance to go into Detroit on Thanksgiving Day and pull out a win. Very impressive for a team that early on looked to be struggling mightily. This is the type of win that can turn a season.
8. Minnesota Vikings (6)
See 13. Chicago Bears. That's all that needs to be said about that one.
7. New Orleans Saints
Yes, the Saints lost to Atlanta, but this bundle of teams from 7-10 can be interchangeable.
6. Los Angeles Rams (9)
I have no clue how good the Rams are. They may be the toughest team in the NFL to read. With several teams in front of them losing, they get a bump up.
5. Seattle Seahawks
Geno played on Thanksgiving night, but I don't think he's anywhere close to 100%. If he's not 100%, the Seahawks have zero chance.
4. Detroit Lions (2)
Stunned. I don't know what the Lions have to do to win a game on Thanksgiving.
3. San Francisco 49ers (4)
San Fran dominated Seattle from start to finish last week, continuing to prove they are a complete team. They are right on Dallas' heels.
2. Dallas Cowboys (3)
The Cowboys take it out on bad teams. The only reason they move up is because of the results from Detroit and Seattle.
1. Philadelphia Eagles
I'll go ahead and say it, there's not a better team in the NFL.
