Top WRs the Panthers Should Consider Targeting in the Offseason

In this story:
The Panthers are in desperate need of help at wide receiver. Adam Thielen isn't getting any younger and the other options in that room have not lived up to expectations, at least through the first six games of the season.
We're a long way away from the offseason but that looks to be the earliest the Panthers can actually upgrade what they have at the position. Here are a few names you'll want to remember come spring time.
Marquise Brown - Arizona Cardinals
Brown is someone many around the league expect to be dealt ahead of the October 31st trade deadline. If he is, there's a chance he will stick with the team he's traded to and sign a new deal. If not, this is exactly what the Panthers need - dynamic speed. Brown would automatically be the fastest receiver in the room and offer a home run threat that doesn't currently exist in Carolina's offense.
2023 stats: 29 receptions, 334 yards, three touchdowns.
Tyler Boyd - Cincinnati Bengals
Boyd doesn't solve the Panthers' need for a WR1, but he would be a great complimentary piece to whoever that guy is. He's a very reliable target who hauls in nearly 70% of passes thrown in his direction for his career.
2023 stats: 30 receptions, 204 yards, one touchdown.
Tee Higgins - Cincinnati Bengals
How about Boyd's teammate? Higgins doesn't have top-end speed by any means, but he can be a quality deep ball threat thanks to his 6'4", 220-pound frame. After posting back-to-back 1,000-yard seasons, Higgins is off to a slow start and is coming down with just 38% of targets. There's already been some rumblings that Cincinnati won't give him a new deal and maybe a change of scenery will do him well.
2023 stats: 14 receptions, 149 yards, two touchdowns.
Michael Pittman Jr. - Indianapolis Colts
Pittman currently ranks eighth in the league in receptions and 16th in receiving yards. Obviously, the Colts are going to do everything they can to hold on to him but a player of his caliber will want to test the market, I would assume. And yes, he has the connection to Frank Reich and pass game coordinator Parks Frazier, so if he does hit the market, I expect the Panthers to make a push.
2023 stats: 40 receptions, 406 yards, one touchdown.
