In this story:

There may not be another team in the NFL that underwent more change this offseason than the Carolina Panthers. They welcomed in a brand new coaching staff headed by Frank Reich, made a bold move to go up and draft Bryce Young, and added several new pieces in free agency.

The new-look Panthers will be in a position to compete for a division title despite having a new head coach and rookie quarterback due to the current state of the NFC South. This is, however, a team that was one game away from winning the division a year ago under an interim head coach and three different starting quarterbacks.

In a recent article by Gilberto Manzano of Sports Illustrated, he laid out something he learned from each team this offseason.

What Manzano learned: Carolina welcomes Bryce Young with a quick fix.

"The Panthers might have provided the blueprint for putting a rookie quarterback—or an undersized quarterback—in position to succeed right away in the NFL. After the Panthers landed the No. 1 pick from the Bears to eventually draft Young, they quickly went to work by re-signing center Bradley Bozeman, and adding wide receiver Adam Thielen, tight end Hayden Hurst and running back Miles Sanders. It’s not the best offensive roster, but there aren’t any glaring holes, and that might be enough for Young to quickly find his footing."
