Greg Olsen Says He's Been '100 Percent for Months Now'

The Carolina Panthers continue to hear great news during their first day of training camp.
All of the players look hungry and ready for the season, and Brian Burns finally signed his rookie contract. Cam Newton seems to be healthy and the team is ready to prepare for the 2019 season.
One of the bigger questions heading into this season was Greg Olsen's health -- and he confirmed that he's in a good place right now. Olsen told reporters before camp that he is 100 percent healthy and that he has been for months now and isn't restricted at all.

He has been battling issues with his right foot -- and they ultimately kept him sidelined for 16 games throughout the past two seasons. He's heading into his 13th season, so there were plenty of questions on whether or not he'd return to the field.

Newton does have Ian Thomas as a solid option at tight end behind Olsen -- but he'll be ecstatic to have his top tight end back.
