Panthers Sign 11 Players to the Practice Squad

In this story:
Wednesday afternoon, the Carolina Panthers announced that RB Spencer Brown, OL Justin McCray, OL Deonte Brown, OL J.D. DiRenzo, DL Raequan Williams, DL Taylor Stallworth, LB Eku Leota, LB Jordan Thomas, CB Stantley Thomas-Oliver III, CB Mark Milton, and S Eric Rowe have signed to the team's practice squad.
All eleven players spent training camp and the preseason with the Panthers and could ultimately end up playing a role in some capacity at some point this season.
"A lot of the guys that were let go today are going to end up starting games for us this year," head coach Frank Reich said Tuesday. "It's just going to happen every year in the NFL because of injuries; It's a long season. When we get our 53 plus the 16, like I know there's that distinction and the pay is a little different and all that stuff but as far as the coaches are concerned, this is our squad. The 53 and the 16, it's all one squad."
The Panthers have five spots remaining on the practice squad.
