The Las Vegas Raiders' offense could look very different at the start of next season. Including running back Josh Jacobs, the Raiders have four significant contributors to their offense who are unrestricted free agents this offseason.

Following Jacobs, the Raiders' decisions on free agents along their offensive line will significantly impact the team moving forward.

Veteran center Andre James has played in at least 98 percent of the Raiders' offensive snaps each of the last three seasons. In two of those three seasons, he played in every offensive snap the Raiders had.

James has been a vital part of the Raiders' offense for nearly his entire tenure with the Silver and Black and now becomes a free agent after spending his entire five-year career with the Raiders. James has been a productive player on the field and positively influenced in Las Vegas' locker room.

James was an integral part of the offensive line that paved the way for running back Josh Jacobs to lead the league in rushing in 2022 and was a calming presence for rookie quarterback Aidan O'Connell's maturation process this season.

After being with the team for five seasons, James represents continuity for Las Vegas' offensive line, which can only be matched by left tackle Kolton Miller and would seem to be a high priority for the Raiders' front office.

The Raiders will have to change their roster across the board, as that is the nature of the beast called the National Football League. However, The offensive line is a tough unit to get consistent production from when there has been a high turnover.

The Raiders can use the draft and free agency to find the players they think are best for their team moving forward.

However, after playing nearly 100 percent of the team's offensive snaps over the last three seasons, James is a player Las Vegas should plan to re-sign during this offseason. Doing so would allow the Raiders to solidify a major position on their roster.
