Raiders Keeping Their Heads up Following Loss to Miami
Throughout this season, a loss for the Las Vegas Raiders resulted in frustration and a sense of uneasiness in the locker room.
At this point in their 2023 campaign, the Raiders know they cannot waste a second on dwelling on what's behind them.
A few of Las Vegas' leaders stressed after their 20-13 loss to the Miami Dolphins at Hard Rock Stadium on Sunday that there's reason to stay hopeful about what is ahead.
"It's definitely frustrating, but it's to the point where we got to keep our heads up in these situations," Raiders wide receiver Davante Adams said when he addressed the media after the game. "I mean, it's a good football team. The defense played great.
"We've [the offense] got to do a better job of helping them [the defense] out. Lot of stops against a very electric offense. And today was more of, I would say, our mistakes, beating ourselves up a little bit.
"Good defense again, but we've just got to do a better job of making it easy on the team by taking care of our part and playing complementary football."
The Las Vegas Raiders are keeping their heads up following loss to Miami.

Raiders edge rusher Maxx Crosby, another one of Las Vegas' more vocal leaders, was also optimistic following the loss.
"You go out there every time expecting to win," Crosby said. "There's no doubt. There's no moral victories, but we know as a defense, we're going in the right direction, and we know offensively, we're only going to get better.
"So, there's no moral victory, but at the end of the day, we took a lot of positives from it. We've just got to watch the film and keep moving forward because at the end of the day, we're right in the mix. So, we can't get down, we've got to stay together. Six games left."
Raiders wide receiver Hunter Renfrow believes past losses somewhat divided the team, but he does not think that will be the case this time around.
"[I] think this is going to bring us closer," Renfrow said. "We care about each other in this locker room.
"And ... they're [the Dolphins] in the NFL, too. They're a good team, right? We kind of just [need to] recognize what mistakes we did and we go out there and execute next time and put a team effort together."
The Silver and Black will return home next week to celebrate Thanksgiving and take on their AFC West rival, the Kansas City Chiefs, on Sunday, November 26, at 4:25 p.m. EST/1:25 p.m. PST.
