Davante Adams has Historic Numbers in Primetime

In this story:
The Las Vegas Raiders will play their second prime-time game of the season on Monday night when they host the Green Bay Packers at Allegiant Stadium.
Fortunately for Las Vegas, it has one of the best prime-time performers to ever play in All-Pro wide receiver Davante Adams.
The second-year Raider has played 42 prime-time games so far in his NFL career, and he continues to climb in the record books in such games.
Adams, who led the league in touchdown receptions last season with 14, is tied for fourth all-time in prime-time receiving touchdowns with 31. With at least one more on Monday night, he would pass wide receiver Antonio Brown and tight end Jimmy Graham to sit alone in fourth place.
The veteran receiver is also top-10 in prime-time receiving yards with 3,116. If Adams has at least 55 receiving yards against Green Bay, he would pass Raiders legend Tim Brown, who had 3,170 and move to eighth place in that category.
Pro Football Hall of Fame wide receiver Jerry Rice leads the list with 5,334 receiving yards in prime-time.
Adams also is sixth all-time in prime-time receptions with 253 and is only 13 shy of Antonio Brown's mark of 266.
Former Raiders tight end Jason Witten is the No. 1 all-time with 389 prime-time receptions.
Adams has 397 yards on 33 receptions so far this season and three receiving touchdowns. He led the Raiders in receiving in his first season with the team last year, finishing with 1,516 receiving yards and a league-leading 14 touchdowns.
In total, Adams has recorded 10,034 receiving yards and 90 receiving touchdowns.
Adams was ruled questionable for Monday's game because of a shoulder injury but was still a limited participant in practice Saturday. He did not participate in the team's Thursday or Friday practices.
Should Adams play Monday night, it will be the first time he plays his former team, the Packers.
The Silver and Black return home to Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas next week to play the Green Bay Packers on Monday, Oct. 9, at 8:15 p.m. EDT/5:15 p.m. PDT.
