Maxx Crosby has continued to show that he is one of the best defensive ends in the National Football League.

Crosby has 24 solo tackles, 16 assists and 6.5 sacks this season and is the leader of the Silver and Black defense.

Two Detroit Lions who had the opportunity to speak on Crosby before both teams go head-to-head on Monday Night Football.

We are starting with Lions head coach Dan Campbell. This Monday night will be Campbell's first time going up against the Raiders as a head coach.

"I mean, what does he not do well?" Campbell asked. ... He's very active, alright. He's slithery, he can bend. He's explosive, has a quick first step, he's very crafty, man. He's a master of his craft, man. His hands, his bend and then his motor. I mean, he just doesn't quit. He's disruptive in the running game and the passing game, and is not only what you see off the edge or his ability to pressure the quarterback, but it's getting the football out, too. It's one thing to get a sack on a guy, but he's getting the ball out if he gets around the horn. So, this will be a big challenge really for our O-line in general, because this guy moves around. He's not going to just be left, he's not going to be right, on third down they're going to move him around. All of them have got to be ready for him. But more times than not, he'll be on [Penei] Sewell and [Taylor] Decker, and so those guys are up for the challenge. And that makes you feel a ton better knowing the guys who we've got, but this is going to be a war now. This guy is -- he is. This is the most disruptive defensive player we've played all year to this point, so we've got to be ready."

Lions starting quarterback Jared Goff also spoke highly of Crosby before the game on Monday night.

"He's able to wreak havoc in both the running game and the passing game," Goff said. "You're still aware of him and making sure you're doing your best to handle him, and he doesn't come off the field much and is able to wreck a game on his own if you let him. So, we have to do our best not to let him."

This Monday night will be Goff's second time in his career going up against the Raiders and the first time going up against Crosby.

The Silver and Black will stay on the road to take on the Detroit Lions on Monday night, Oct. 30, at 8:15 p.m. EDT/5:15 p.m. PDT.
