Under Antonio Pierce's leadership, the Las Vegas Raiders have worked hard to establish a locker room culture that cultivates the organization's values.
New defensive tackle Christian Wilkins addressed how he fits that culture: "Yeah, that's a great question because definitely just being here, definitely getting a feel for the people and everybody, and just kind of like the big thing is be yourself," Wilkins said. "And I'm such a character, such an animated, sick, twisted individual up here, and I just love the game. I love the grind, and you just feel that here. Just people who just love ball, there's great energy. And you can just kind of tell everybody's accepting of who everybody is and everybody's already themselves. So, you can kind of tell that playing against the Raiders and just kind of seeing it on TV and things like that. Something's different about this place and just how people go about it and everyone's just, like I said, themselves. And it's just great energy here, and I'm glad I could be a part of it."
The NFL Draft will be held in Detroit, Mich., on April 25-27, 2024. The Las Vegas Raiders currently have the No. 13 overall pick.
