HENDERSON, Nev.--The Las Vegas Raiders have flipped the page to the 2024 offseason, and owner Mark Davis has chosen Tom Telesco to be the Silver and Black's permanent General Manager.

Now that Antonio Pierce has the permanent head coaching job and Telesco is the permanent General Manager, what is next for the Silver and Black?

Antonio Pierce thinks the atmosphere expectations are set moving forward for Allegiant Stadium after the way Raider Nation responded to his hiring. "They rocked the last game," Pierce said. "We set the tone in 2024 for what it would look like going forward. We're going to work this off-season, in the summer, and in the fall until we get to that first home game to see Raider Nation again loud, rowdy, making it tough for the opponent, that Black Hole rocking and rolling, the Wynn club doing its deal, Mark Davis in there clapping his hands along with Sandra, high-fiving, and putting a product on the field that the Raider Nation is really proud of."

Pierce added, "I am humbled and honored to be a kid from inner city Los Angeles, to be the head coach of a team that he grew up watching, rooting for, cheering for, rocking the colors, rocking the starter jacket, and now sitting here doing each and every day with the purpose of one thing only: Just win."

From February 27 to March 4, 2024, the NFL Scouting Combine will be held at Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis, Ind.

The NFL Draft will be held in Detroit, Mich., on April 25-27, 2024. The Las Vegas Raiders currently hold the No. 13 overall pick.
